Children's Cakes
With children’s cakes we watch two things: colour and sugar. Instead of artificial dyes we colour with beetroot, spinach, saffron and fruit concentrate — the shades come out softer, and there is none of the hyperactivity parents complain about. Sugar can be dialled down on request. We keep no fixed theme catalogue: tell us the character or colour your child loves and we draw around it.
