Wedding & Engagement Cakes
In Bodrum a wedding cake is a temperature problem first. The buttercream on a cake standing in 32°C on an August evening cannot be the same as one in an air-conditioned ballroom. For outdoor events we work with Swiss meringue and ganache-based creams, and we assemble tiered cakes on site. We can also prepare a separate serving layer — with a large guest list, the whole cake does not need to be tiered.

Heat-stable buttercream

Tiers travel separately and are stacked at the venue. Nothing shifts in transit.
A serving layer
The display cake can stay small; a separately baked serving layer brings the cost down for large parties.
