Cakes and sunset wedding cakes for Gümüşlük

Weddings in Gümüşlük are planned around the sunset, almost without exception. The ceremony is locked to the light, so the cutting lands in the evening glow — good for photographs, tight for delivery. Telling us the sunset time is more useful to us than the service time.

The character here is plain: stone houses, timber tables, the sea. Heavily worked fondant designs fight with that setting. For Gümüszük orders we work mostly with simple coatings, natural texture and a small number of real flowers.

Vehicles cannot reach most of the seafront restaurants; the last stretch is carried by hand. So tiers travel boxed separately and are assembled at the table. The road is narrow and winding too, so we allow extra time.
